Sacred Heart Living with Maneesha
A way of living rooted in love, presence, embodiment and safe connection.
My offering is an invitation to slow down, to feel again and to come home to yourself. Through movement, rest, meditation, inquiry, spiritual connection and bodywork, I create spaces where you don't have to become who you think you should be, but can experience again who you truly are.
