Solo Retreat These are customized retreats for those seeking deeper connection in a personal and safe setting. You'll stay in your own private room with an en-suite bathroom and receive individual coaching. During the retreat, you'll be joined by one or two others in a small, intimate group.
The sessions are tailored to you: your rhythm, your needs, your process. There's space for bodywork, presence, tranquility, deepening conversations, spiritual guidance, and integration, all within a clear and safe framework.
