Many people facing grief, burnout, divorce, illness, identity shifts, or major life transitions often struggle to find the support they truly need. Traditional mental health systems are often overwhelmed, with long waiting lists and limited space for deeper, long-term guidance.

This is where I offer an alternative path.
 

A grounded, holistic journey that supports your body, mind, heart, and soul through life’s most challenging transitions. Not as a replacement for medical or psychological care, but as a complementary path when you need deeper personal support, presence, and transformation.

 

Through nervous system regulation, embodied healing, emotional processing, and spiritual connection, this work helps you move through loss, change, and uncertainty in a way that is both deeply human and transformational.

These methods are rooted in approaches such as somatic healing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices, supported by growing scientific research and, most importantly, the lived experiences of people who have found real healing through this work.

This is not quick healing.
It is a guided path of lasting transformation, helping you reconnect with yourself, your truth, and a new way forward.

​​The 4 Phases of the Sacred Heart Journey
 

1. Embodiment – Returning to Safety Within Yourself

Coming home to your body after overwhelm, loss or emotional stress.

 

Many sensitive and intuitive people feel deeply, but struggle to stay grounded during difficult life events.
 

In this phase you learn to:

  • land in your body again

  • regulate your nervous system

  • feel and protect your energy

  • create inner safety during change
     

This becomes your foundation in times of transition and emotional intensity. Without grounding, healing and spiritual connection can feel unstable or overwhelming.

 


 

2. Heart Awakening – Meeting What Life Brings You

Opening the heart to emotions, grief, and inner truth.
 

When the body feels safer, space opens for the heart including the parts that carry pain, loss, or unresolved emotion.
 

In this phase you work with:

  • emotions that arise through life events or grief

  • vulnerability and softness

  • reconnecting with yourself and others

  • releasing old emotional patterns
     

This is where real transformation begins: not by avoiding pain, but by being present with it.
 

3. Spiritual Connection – Finding Meaning and Inner Guidance

From grounding and heart connection, deeper awareness naturally opens.

 

In this phase you learn to:

  • trust your intuition in times of uncertainty

  • connect with your inner guidance

  • sense energy and subtle inner movement

  • receive clarity beyond the thinking mind
     

This is not about escaping life’s challenges, but about being supported through them from a deeper inner alignment.

4. Joy & Expression – Living After Transformation

Integrating what you’ve lived through into your everyday life.

 

After periods of loss, change or inner awakening, something new wants to emerge.


In this phase you learn to:

  • express yourself from truth and lived experience

  • reconnect with joy, creativity and flow

  • share your gifts in a grounded way

  • live in alignment with who you’ve become
     

This is where healing becomes embodied life, not just insight, but expression.

How the Online Journey Works

This is a guided online training and healing journey where you are supported consistently over time.


2x per month – Monday Evening Meditation & Q&A
A gentle entry space to reconnect, meditate together, ask questions, and receive guidance for where you are right now.

 

2x per month – Weekend Journey Sessions
Live group sessions where we go deeper through:

  • yoga

  • breathwork

  • embodiment practices

  • emotional healing

  • deeper process work
     

This is where transformation happens together in a safe group space.
 

Your Personal Integration: Self Inquiry
 

You will also receive:

  • workbooks

  • reflection exercises

  • personal assignments

  • guidance to write your own life story

  • space to bring in your personal challenges and needs
     

This journey meets you where you are.

You can book your personal 1 on 1 session each month by request.


 

Community Support

You won’t do this alone.
Alongside the live sessions, you’ll receive ongoing support through the group community, a space to share, be seen, and feel supported by others walking their own healing journey.

The Sacred Heart Journey is a long-term, heart-based journey of awareness and embodiment. It is not a course you “complete,” but a living path you walk , together with others,  learning to live from presence, love, and inner truth.
 

This journey supports you in slowing down, coming into the here and now, and integrating spiritual awareness into everyday life.

Practical tools to embody love, appreciation and self-care in your daily life, relationships and work.

 

Space for Pain and Talents
You are welcomed with your wounds as well as your gifts. Nothing needs to be fixed, everything may be met.

A gentle movement from head to heart, from doing to being, from control to trust.
