Personal guidance
For 7 days and 6 nights you will have Maneesha as your personal guide.
​Maneesha has a lot of knowledge and wisdom and you will notice that. She has been working as a teacher since she was 18 and started giving sports and dance lessons. Later this developed into personal training, yoga and teaching about spirituality and living from the heart. She combines her years of knowledge of working as a therapist, medium and hypnosis practitioner with her knowledge about nutrition, her own spiritual healing and development. She has exchanged her therapy practice and therapeutic yoga center in Utrecht, the Netherlands for a dream life in southern Spain, where she is now a retreat host and a soul guide for many in Europe.

Small groups 2-5 persons

There are always nice and like-minded people coming to this retreat who also have a personal story and are willing to be vulnerable and share. We all share our stories and the staff of the center also invest in their personal development. We all go through difficult times and we are here for you and offer you a safe and quiet place so that you can go home recharged and with love in your heart.

Book your own room with bathroom or share a room with another guest. We have a daily rhythm but do not strictly adhere to the minute of the times. We find rest important and from there we move through the day. Do you want to sleep, go to sleep. Do you want to stay on your yoga mat? In the hammock? Do you want to walk around? Do you want to swim ... tell us what you feel and we will tune in.

We eat vegetarian and eggs from our own chickens!
