Retreat with Soul Guidance for self awareness, healing and loving relationships This special spiritual deepening retreat is a gift for your body, mind and soul. You will be nourished with yoga, meditation, group discussions, emotional bodywork, walks, like-minded people and plant-based - vegetarian cuisine. The retreat is medicine for your soul. Cancellation Policy

Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing voor alle sessies bij Maneesha en gelden zonder uitzondering voor iedere deelnemer. 
 De deelnemer gaat akkoord met deze Algemene Voorwaarden bij inschrijving via de website www.maneeshasluyzer.com of wanneer telefonisch of per email een afspraak gemaakt wordt.
 Door inschrijving en (aan)betaling verbindt de deelnemer zich voor bepaalde tijd.  Betaling sessies Wanneer je je hebt ingeschreven online, ontvang je keuze voor het online betalen of per bank overschrijven. Hierna ontvang je een bevestigingsmail met de factuur.
 Je deelname aan een sessie of training is gegarandeerd wanneer het bedrag voldaan is.
 Annulering sessie Annulering van een sessie kan kosteloos ruim 2 dagen van te voren. Binnen 24 uur wordt er 100 % doorberekend. Restitutie gemiste sessie
 Gemiste sessies kunnen in overleg ingehaald worden. Annulering door Maneesha
 In geval van onvoorziene afwezigheid van mij wordt er een andere datum gecommuniceerd. Indien dit niet mogelijk is, krijgt de deelnemer het betreffende bedrag retour. In geval van te weinig aanmeldingen ontvangt de deelnemer een melding en het betaalde bedrag retour.
 Aansprakelijkheid, klachtenregeling
 De deelnemer volgt de sessies op eigen risico en neemt eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Indien deelnemer onder medische behandeling is neemt hij/zij contact op met behandelaar over het volgen van sessies. Dit geldt ook voor deelnemers die een operatie hebben ondergaan of chronische klachten hebben. Maneesha kan op geen enkele wijze aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor eventueel opgelopen letsel. 
Bij zwangerschap, ziekte of andere klachten dien je Maneesha vóór aanvang van de sessie te informeren. Bij klachten probeert Maneesha deze samen met de deelnemer op te lossen. Lukt dat niet dan zal zij de deelnemer wijzen op de algemene voorwaarden.
